INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION OF ATTENDEES

PURPOSE: manage your registration, participation and attendance at the organised event or activity and send commercial communications of other events related to this field, even by electronic means.

LEGITIMATION: registration to the event and consent to receive information about other events organised by the entity.

ASSIGNMENTS: legally envisaged.

CONSERVATION: Duration of the event; once it is completed, during the periods required by law to attend to eventual responsibilities.

COMMERCIAL DATA: until cancellation is requested.

RIGHTS: You can withdraw your consent at any time as well as exercise your right of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation and opposition by addressing to the data of the responsible entity. In compliance with the provisions of art. 37 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UAM has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPD) in order to advise and inform the University in the processing of personal data and interact with the entire university community.
